COVID-19
All the latest information on MK Softball's 'Return to Play' process
THE STORY SO FAR

-
In March 2020 MK Softball league made the difficult decision to postpone all activity in light of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The announcement can be read here.
-
For the following three months the league ran virtual activities for our Softball Family including fitmess sessions, quiz nights, scoring tutorials, and film nights. We even started a virtual league for the competitive players amongst us which was won in a landslide by the Odd Sox!
-
On the 7th June we were finally able to announce our plans for small group training, or 'pods' in line with government guidance.
-
Our pod sessions began on the 23rd June 2020 and we were able to extend this to give players the option of informal game time from the 4th August. Please read the full statement here.
-
We were then able to move indoors for small group training for October before lockdown struck once again & we were forced to close our doors for the final time in 2020.
-
In 2021 the club was able to restart at full capacity on the 6th of April.
